• Course description This course is specifically for members of school communities (school principals, teachers, canteen operators, canteen food vendors/providers, parents, local government, education officers). You will learn about (1) Balance Nutrition and Meal Guide; (2) Safe Food Preparation in School Canteen; (3) Introduction to Halal; (4) Healthier Food Preparation; and (5) Implementation of Healthy School Canteen. The course will be conducted in English via Udemy for free, available from 4 October until 15 December 2024.
