SEAMEO SEARCA STAFF RULES AND REGULATIONS 199?
The Staff Rules and Regulations embody the fundamental conditions of service and the basic rights, duties and obligations of members of the SEAMEO Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA). These Staff Rules and Regulations represent principles of personnel policy for staffing and administration of SEARCA.
In order to provide for the recruitment and administration of the staff of SEARCA, the following staff rules and regulations shall be enforced upon the approval of the SEARCA Governing Board. The Director, as the Chief Administrative Officer, shall enforce these rules and regulations and lay down directives consistent therewith.
