Report Of 3rd High Officials Meeting on SEA-TVET 2017

The 3rd High Officials Meeting on SEA-TVET was successfully held from 23-25 May 2017 at Swiss Garden Hotel and Residences, Kuala Lumpur. The meeting theme entitled "21st Century TVET in Southeast Asia: Advancing Towards Harmonisation and Internationalisation". The meeting was hosted by the Government of Malaysia and was spearheaded by the Ministry of Education Malaysia and SEAMEO Regional Centre for Vocational and Technical education (VOCTECH) as the co-host.

This meeting provided a platform for exchanging experiences and perspectives on skills development policy and practice, identifying bottlenecks and defining direction in the thematic areas in TVET within the Southeast Asian region
