The Director's Annual Report, 1980 is prepared by SEAMES for submission to the Council at the 16th SEAMEC Conference to be held in Singapore from 29th January to 2nd February 1981. After the Council had taken note of the Report, in line with past practice, copies of it will be made available to member countries, associate members, other governments, organizations, agencies and foundations which are connected in one way or another with the development and for the implementation of the activities and programmes of SEAMES.
