The Horizon, which replaces the SEAMEO Update, is the official voice of the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education. It is a quarterly publication that outlines current trends and policies affecting education in the region. It provides information on the Ministries of Education in Southeast Asia, their policies and samples of partnership programmes; and recent and upcoming activities of the SEAMEO Secretariat and the Regional Centres/Network including training programmes, partnerships, research and information dissemination efforts.
