SEAMEO BIOTROP MARKETING PLAN AND STRATEGY
The SEAMEO BIOTROP Marketing Plan and Strategy, developed in March 1999, is a product of the concerted effort of the whole BIOTROP staff. This was done through a series of workshops with the whole SEAMEO BIOTROP staff, chaired by DDPM. A SWOT analysis was done by each unit including the scientists who constituted one major group who worked on the programs and activities according to each thrust. The other groups included the different units such as personnel, administration, finance, facilities, and information resource unit. This was finalized in May of the same year.
