ICE2017, hosted by MoE, Thailand and the SEAMEO Secretariat, brings together diverse education actors and stakeholders to represent the governments of SEAMEO Member Countries as well as public and private educational institutions and agencies. The congress will serve as a platform for the participants to share new learning paradigms and practices; exchange perspectives on current issues and concerns surrounding education in Southeast Asia; and build a regional consensus on how education can effectively contribute towards promoting human development at the community, country, and regional levels.
