Based on research, consultations, and workshops with experts in education, science, and culture, we gathered several recommendations and proposals that led us to formulate our vision for 2030 and the strategic direction that we will pursue to make Southeast Asian education, science, and culture ready for the digital era. We then translated the SEAMEO Strategic Plan 2021-2030 into the SEAMEO Integrated Operational Plan 2021-2025 to effectively lead our units and members towards implementing the organisation’s initiatives guided by our vision, mission, and core values in the next five years at least.
