This report presents a comprehensive understanding of the motivation of teachers in remaining in the profession. With the participation of teachers across Southeast Asia, a Regional Framework on Motivation of Teachers in Staying in the Profession was developed. Through its findings, policies can be developed to enhance the motivation of teachers and achieve a sustainable teaching workforce.
