This report is a synthesis of the ideas, comments, and suggestions raised during the VOCTECH Issues and Policy Development Workshop held from June 3rd through June 6th in Brunei Darussalam. Workshop participants came from the VOCTECH governing board, SEAMES, SEAMEO regional Centres, other international and regional institutions, SEAMEO associate member countries, and industry, government departments and institutions in Brunei Darussalam in order to develop and discuss a policy framework for the new VOCTECH Centre being established in Brunei Darussalam.
