This textbook is a task-based workbook developed for secondary vocational programs in fruit, vegetable, and flower production technology. Guided by the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan, it adopts a work-process-oriented curriculum and a “learning tasks–learning activities” teaching structure tailored to vocational learners. Designed to develop practical skills in high-quality and high-yield fruit cultivation, the book emphasizes hands-on, activity-centered learning. It comprises eight learning tasks covering cultivation techniques for common fruit crops in southern regions, including citrus, mango, litchi, longan, banana, grape, guava, passion fruit, and pitaya. By integrating theory with practice, the textbook focuses on strengthening students’ professional competence. It can serve as a core textbook for agricultural technology majors in vocational schools and as a reference for adult education and fruit production and management personnel.
