The 7th Strategic Dialogue for Education Ministers (SDEM) was conducted on 1 July 2025, 1330 hrs, at The Empire Brunei, Jerudong, Brunei Darussalam during the 53rd SEAMEO Council Conference. The 7th SDEM was hosted by the Ministry of Education, Brunei Darussalam, in collaboration with the SEAMEO Secretariat.
2 All the 11 SEAMEO Member Countries represented by the Education Ministers, Deputy Education Ministers and Heads of Delegations participated in the Dialogue. Kingdom of Morocco and Spain, as Associate Member Country, joined as observers.
3 H E Datin Seri Setia Dr Hajah Romaizah binti Haji Md Salleh, Ministry of Education, Brunei Darussalam, chaired the Dialogue.
