
TaRL impact study: Test Administrators manual baseline - English and Khmer

This Test Administrators manual was designed for the ASEAN-UK SAGE programme as part of an impact study to evaluate the proof-of-concept project, which trialled a Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach in two provinces in Cambodia, for children in grades 4 and 5 at risk of dropping out.
The manual supports a two-day training for the baseline study, covering data collection tools (student assessments and questionnaires), procedures and protocols.
