The Cambodia National Report on the Southeast Asia Primary Learning Metrics (SEA-PLM) 2024, developed and managed by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) of Cambodia, provides a national perspective on the learning outcomes and experiences of Grade 5 students in Cambodia. Through this national analysis, SEA-PLM 2024 provides Cambodia with evidence that can inform education policies, programmes, and interventions.
