The third meeting of the Programme Advisory Committee was chaired by Professor Tan Sri Dato, Dr Nayan bin Ariffin, Chairman of the PAC, and attended by the PAC members, the PAC secretary, senior staff of SEAMES and observers from Universalia, Council of Ministers of Education in Canada and the Canadian High Commission in Singapore on 18-19 February 1993 at SEAMEO RELC, Singapore.
