This strategic plan aims to discuss the next five-year strategic plan for the SEA-PLM programme (2021-2025). The plan comprises the next round of SEA-PLM regional assessment, provisionally referenced as SEA-PLM 2023. It addresses the long-term sustainability of SEA-PLM’s mission and activities for Southeast Asian countries and their partners. In this regard, it proposes roles, costing, and regional structure and bodies of governance for leading and monitoring the new round of assessment namely SEA-PLM 2023 in reference to the main survey year.
